Join our Spring into Summer Wellness Challenge
Receive support and accountability to help you achieve various group wellness goals. The challenge goals include: attending at least 3 VCF classes a week, doing 15 minutes of stretching a day, 10 minutes of mindful reflection a day, 1 mile of running/walking and beyond

Daily protein intake of 50-60g or more

4 Cindy’s per day (5 pullups or renegade rows, 10 pushups and 15 air squats)
