YOGA FLOW + BREATHWORK + MOBILITY DRILLS + GUIDED MEDITATION

May Schedule: 5/3, 5/8, 5/17, 5/22 and 5/31

June Schedule: 6/5, 6/14 (9:15 - 10am) and 6/28

TIME: Alternates between Saturdays from 10 - 11 AM and Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30 PM

OPTIONAL PRE-CLASS INTRO: 15-minutes before class

During this introduction Maria will demo each movement/asana within the days class

Maria has been practicing yoga and prioritizing flexibility and mobility for years and has had a seemingly lifelong dream of teaching a class like this. In addition to her knowledge of yoga, she is an herbalist, nutrition therapy practitioner, holistic health coach and founder of The Health Habit LLC. She has an intimate understanding of human physiology and whole-being wellness.

During this class you can expect to be guided through breathwork and mobility drills, a yoga flow and guided meditations. Altogether the class will be 60-minutes in length with the addition of an optional pre-class introduction where I demo all movements/asana's within the yoga flow. 

Thursday evening classes take a more restorative approach. Incorporating static holds, stretching, recovery-focused asanas and general relaxation building. This class will leave you calm and ready to wind down the evening, promoting good sleep and whole-being wellness.

Saturday classes involve more movement and physically challenging yoga flows. My goal is to get you into your body so you can feel more connected to yourself and your goals throughout the weekend. You will walk out feeling zen but with the possibility of soreness.
