Monday - Friday at 5:30 AM

Saturday at 8AM

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 AM

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 5 PM

Tuesdays at 5 PM

Tuesdays at 6:15 PM

On alternating weeks:

Saturdays at 10:00 AM

Thursdays at 6:30 PM

Optional pre-class introduction 15-minutes before class start time

Non-contact class designed for people with Parkinson's

Thursdays from 1:30 - 2:15pm

Parkinson's Wellness Recovery and Functional Fitness. This class is open to the public and is a fantastic fitness opportunity for the elderly population. 

Tuesdays from 12 - 12:45pm

Designed for people with Parkinson's by a certified physical therapist. This class is open to the public and is a fantastic fitness opportunity for the elderly population.
